Music Therapy & PTSD

Music Therapy can have a positive impact on veterans who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Marine Staff Sgt. Anthony Mannino, who went through the program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, stated he “found music and art to be a way to communicate his frustration about the physical and mental pain he was experiencing.” Music and Art Therapy can be a way to substantially ease the pain of those experiencing PTSD.
